In Higher you will find our menu on the left with the following options:

Dashboard
Open applications/Show interest (for HR or those authorized to do so)
Your jobs Active jobs you are responsible for, you will find all the jobs you have access to under the recruitment board which you can find via the menu
Calendar
Notes Personal notes that are only visible to you, think of this as a post-it note
Notification Here you will receive notifications when one of your colleagues mentions you in a comment, when a candidate replies to a mailing or uploads a requested document. The notifications stay there until they are marked as read.
The dashboard together with Notes is designed to quickly give you an insight into what has happened since the last time.

Recruitment board
Here you manage all the jobs and candidates you have access to according to your authorization. You can select one or more jobs for which you want to manage searches in the board. In the board, you can sort, search and filter the jobs you want to see. After selecting the jobs you want to see, press the “Manage applicants” button to proceed.

Requisitions*
If you have purchased this extra service, you can access it here. In the recruitment context, a requisition is a formal request to fill a vacancy. It contains information about the details of the position such as title, responsibilities, and qualifications. The requisition is used to get management approval, advertise the position, and direct recruitment activities. Essentially, it is a document that initiates the recruitment process and guides recruiters in finding suitable candidates.
Interviews*
If you have purchased this extra service, you can access interviews here. Interviews lets you manage booked interviews and held digital interviews that are recorded and saved on the candidate card.
Marketplace
As a customer of Higher, you get special benefits and discounts when you hire the recruitment and staffing company Next U AB. Higher customers receive a 20% discount on recruitment and an extended recruitment guarantee with 30 extra days. This means that if the new employee terminates the employment within 120 days, Next U undertakes to carry out a new recruitment free of charge. Since Next U also works with Higher, we can offer the hiring of a recruitment consultant for your organization who can work in your own Higher platform. This means that you do not need to hire your own HR person but can instead benefit from our expertise.

In settings, you set up how you want your company to be visible in Higher. When you tap on settings you will see 4 choices;
