Publish a job ad with anonymous application flow

There may be cases where one wishes to anonymize the application process. This will mean that all candidate data is anonymized and that certain functions in Highe are restricted when the candidate is in the "Unhandled" column.

💡 Candidate data such as first and last name, telephone number, email, and unique application link are anonymized.

To access all the information on the candidate card, you must first have moved it to another column. If you have communicated with the candidate in anonymous mode (i.e. the candidate is still under "Unhandled"), all history will be unlocked when switching columns.

❗ It isn't possible to activate/deactivate a anonymized application flow on a published job ad.
