SMS Template
With SMS templates, you can create a message with information that often needs to be sent to candidates. The templates can be used, for example, to notify about interviews, remind candidates to complete applications, and ask them to check their email.
You can use an SMS template as a trigger to send the same message to multiple candidates at once through the recruitment board.
Company templates are available to all users in X, while personal templates are only available to the user who created them.
Since candidates cannot reply to these SMS, it is important to include a phone number where the candidate can reach you if you expect a response from them.
If you choose to include a URL to the candidate’s application, the message will be limited to a maximum of 133 characters; otherwise, the limit is 160 characters. Each SMS costs 0.55 SEK, and the sender name will be your company’s name (with a maximum of 11 characters, as per SMS protocol limitations).
