How the talent pool is kept up to date

Find out how candidates can continue to show their interest or withdraw their applications.

As mentioned in this article, you can set up a reminder so candidates can manage their unsolicited application. These reminders will keep your talent pool updated as candidates are given the option to remain part of the talent pool or withdraw their application.  

 

If candidate is still interested

By clicking on “Yes, I am still interested”, the candidate can update their information, including their answers to any video questions. 

 

The candidate saves their changes by pressing “Save” at the bottom of the page

 

⚠️ In order for a candidate to update their application, the original application must be complete. If it is not, the candidate must first complete the application before updates can be made.
Once the application is complete, they can return to their email and again, press “Yes, I am still interested” to finalize it. 

 

If candidates are no longer interested

If candidates no longer wish to apply for a job with you, they can withdraw their application. This is done by clicking on “No, I am no longer interested” in an email. After clicking, they will receive a confirmation that they have been removed from the talent pool and that all information linked to their application has been deleted.
