Trigger - Send SMS

In some cases it is better to send SMS to your candidates. Like the reminder SMS Higher sends for incomplete applications, these cost SEK 0.55 per SMS and cannot be replied to. If you want candidates to be able to reply to these SMS, it is important that you include a mobile number they can reply to. 
SMS is a good communication channel to leave short but important messages, for example that you will contact the candidate to book an interview. People are more likely to check SMS more often than emails. 

 

To create a trigger for SMS, select "Send SMS" and just like for "Send Email", you can choose to write the text yourself or use previously created templates. You can also include the candidate's application by checking "Include URL" and you can set a delay before the SMS is sent.

⚠️ If you update any templates used in triggers, you must also update these triggers for the changes to take effect. To do this, select the template again in the trigger, press "edit trigger" and finally press Save.
