User profile
In this article, you will learn which settings you can configure in your user profile.
User Profile
Overview > Settings > User Profile
Here, you can upload a profile picture, change your name, and choose which language the interface should use. Don’t forget to save any changes you make.

💡TIP! If you want to remain anonymous when communicating with your candidates, you can change your name to something that cannot be linked to you. In this example, the sender would then appear as "HR User <no-reply@uhigher.com>".
Notification Settings
Here you can choose whether you want to receive notifications or not. These notifications are sent to the email address registered to your user account.

Received email – receive an email when a candidate replies to an email
Tagged in a comment – receive an email when you are tagged in a comment by a colleague or third party on a shared candidate card
Uploaded CV – receive an email when a candidate has uploaded a CV in response to a CV request
Show interest notifications – receive an email when a candidate is no longer interested in remaining in the open application / show-interest job
❗Notifications for the “Show Interest” button are only visible to users with HR permissions. If the user is a Regional Manager or Recruiter, they cannot receive notifications for “Show Interest.” “Show Interest” notifications alert you when a candidate has chosen to update or withdraw their spontaneous application.
Don’t forget to save any changes you make.
Email Signature
Under Email Signature, you can edit, remove, or add a personal signature that is always included when you communicate with candidates from Higher. Otherwise, Higher automatically adds the company name as a signature in communications such as CV requests and SMS broadcasts. Don’t forget to save any changes you make.
By using dynamic placeholders, you can customize your signature so that these placeholders are automatically replaced with real values.

💡TIP If you want to remain anonymous in your communication with candidates, you should leave the Email Signature field blank.
Authentication
Here you can choose whether to use two-factor authentication (2FA) or not.
Default = No 2FA
Email = You approve your login via email
TOTP = You use an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, etc.
For increased security, it is recommended to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Don’t forget to save any changes you make.

Change Password
If you want to change your password, you can do it here. Note that “Change Password” has its own “Save changes” button.
